We take great pride in our products, natural quality materials, and manufacturing techniques and want you to be as pleased with them as we are. By consenting to these terms and conditions you hereby understand that the handmade items you are ordering are made to order items that are created in our workshop specifically for your order.


Ordering and Payment

We take payment at the time of order. We use Pay Pal to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server.


We will endeavor to deliver our goods promptly as soon as the item is completed but accept no liability for delay for any cause. Please check each product page for build times.


Production of your custom purchase will begin two business days after your purchase. You may cancel an order within two business days of purchase by calling 540-545-8880. Two days after the date of purchase your order will be final.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your purchases from Vintage Workshop. Each item is custom built so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.


We guarantee our workmanship. If an item becomes damaged during shipping we will repair it.
